Account And Data
SynapX uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You can delete your account from the Profile screen in the app. Account deletion removes your backend profile record and clears local app data on your device.
Subscriptions
SynapX Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose SynapX.
You can also use Apple's subscription page: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Common Help
- If voice capture is unavailable, check Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions in iOS Settings.
- If OCR import is unavailable, check Camera or Photos permission in iOS Settings.
- If AI features do not respond, confirm that your device has an internet connection and that Premium access is active.
- If private notes do not unlock, confirm that Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode is enabled.
- If a purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchases in the SynapX paywall or subscription screen.
